Analytics4You is a hosted software service. What you buy is access to it, in your web browser, for the length of your subscription. There is no physical product: nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, no customs or import duties, and nothing to install on your computer.
Immediately, and automatically. A new account is active the moment you create it, on the free plan and with no card: 3 channels, no time limit. When you pay for a plan, that plan is applied to your account as soon as the payment succeeds — there is no manual step on our side and no waiting period. If a payment fails, nothing changes on your account and we do not charge you.
The data itself arrives over time, because that is what the product is: we begin watching a channel within minutes of you adding it, and observations appear as the channels you track publish and change. A quiet niche can produce an empty feed for the first hours. That is the honest state of those channels, not a delivery failure.
Nothing beyond the subscription price on our pricing page. There is no set-up fee and no delivery fee, and the free plan costs nothing at all.
Analytics4You is available to customers worldwide, including India. We do not sell to anyone located in a country under comprehensive trade sanctions, or on an applicable restricted-party list — see section 3 of our Terms of Service.
A current version of a mainstream web browser and an internet connection. The service is served over HTTPS and needs no plug-in, download or account with YouTube — we read only the public pages of the channels you track.
If your plan has not been applied within a few minutes of a successful payment, or you cannot sign in to an account you have paid for, email support@analytics4.you with the address on the account and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days and fix it, and if we cannot, the charge is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A person also answers the phone Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST (UTC+5:30).
