Analytics4You is operated by the company named on this site, with its registered office at India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
By creating an account or using Analytics4You, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Analytics4You is a subscription analytics service for YouTube creators. You choose public YouTube channels to track. We monitor the public pages of those channels and record what changes over time — new uploads, title changes, thumbnail changes and published view counts — then present that record to you as a feed, a comparison watchlist, an outlier ranking and a packaging-change history.
The service reports observations. It does not generate advice, predictions, scripts or recommendations, and it contains no language-model feature. Any decision you make using it is your own.
We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC, and we have no access to your own YouTube account or its private analytics.
Analytics4You is available to customers worldwide, including India. All plans are priced and charged in USD (United States dollars).
We do not sell to any person or entity located in a country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, or to anyone on an applicable restricted or denied-party list. By subscribing you confirm you are not such a person.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are, including any local rules on collecting or using competitive data.
You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@analytics4.you if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Accounts are for a single customer. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation, or resell access to the service.
Subscription fees are stated on our pricing page and are charged in USD (United States dollars). Your bank may add its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which we do not receive.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change affecting you takes effect, and you may cancel rather than accept it.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a full refund within 14 days of a charge.
When you start a paid plan you authorise a charge to your chosen payment method for each renewal, at the interval you chose, until you cancel. Access to the service is provided as described in our Delivery Policy.
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. That means Dodo Payments — not us — is the seller of record for your purchase: they take the payment on a page they host, they issue the invoice, and they are responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax, VAT or GST that is due where you are. We never see or store your card number. Your card or bank statement will therefore show DODOPAY or Dodo Payments rather than Analytics4You.

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee.
The data we present is derived from public sources that we do not control. Those sources can change, become unavailable, or present information inconsistently. Where we cannot measure something honestly we show nothing and say so, rather than presenting an estimate as a fact — but you should not treat our figures as an authoritative substitute for YouTube’s own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost views or lost business opportunity.
You may cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we discontinue the service — in the last case we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of what you have paid.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute — without depriving you of any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
