// what you get

Four views on one record of your niche.

Analytics4You watches the public pages of the YouTube channels you choose and records what changes. The feed is that record as it happens, the watchlist is it side by side, the outlier ranking is it sorted by what is outperforming, and the packaging archive is every title and thumbnail those channels have swapped.

[ features ]
The Analytics4You feed: tracked YouTube channels with today’s event counts, a channel analytics panel showing subscribers, growth per day, views per hour against typical and upload cadence, and the first event of the day — an A/B test with both thumbnail variants side by side.

01 Feed

Track competitor YouTube channels in one stream.

Analytics4You watches the public pages of every YouTube channel you add and records what changes: new uploads, retitled videos, swapped thumbnails, A/B tests YouTube is running, breakout videos and subscriber milestones. They arrive in one chronological feed, so you read what happened instead of interpreting a dashboard.

02 Watchlist

Compare every channel in your niche, side by side.

The watchlist puts every channel you track in one sortable table: subscribers, subscriber growth per day, current views per hour against that channel’s own typical rate, uploads per week, and activity in the last 24 hours. A median row underneath shows where the middle of your niche sits, with the number of channels each median was computed from.

03 Outliers

Find the videos beating their own channel.

The outlier ranking scores every video across every channel you track against what that same channel’s other videos had achieved at the same age, and sorts your whole niche by the result. A 3.0× means the video is running at three times its own channel’s pace for a video that old — so a small channel’s breakout ranks next to a large channel’s, instead of being buried under it.

04 Packaging

Every title and thumbnail change, with what it was before.

Analytics4You keeps a searchable archive of every title and thumbnail change on the channels you track — the old version beside the new one, timestamped — and detects when YouTube is running an A/B test by serving different packaging to different viewers. Where enough view samples exist around a change, it reports what happened to the view rate afterwards; where they do not, it says so instead of guessing.

[ where we stop ]

// where we stop

No AI advice. On purpose.

There is no language model anywhere in this product, and there is no feature that tells you what to publish. Every line in every one of these four views is either something that was observed on a public YouTube page or a difference between two things that were observed.

That is also why figures go missing. A publish hour that could only be the time our scraper ran is left out. A percentage over four observations is shown as the count instead. A winner that cannot be matched against what the video shows now is reported as unknown. The judgement is yours; the record is ours.
